Host 'xxx.xxx.xx.xxx' is not allowed to connect to this MariaDB server

The message *Host 'xxx.xx.xxx.xxx' is not allowed to connect to this MySQL server is a reply from the MySQL server to the MySQL client.
To resolve this issue go with following way.
1. Use following command to connect your MySQL server by root user.
    #mysql -u root
   Insert root password.
2. Use following command to see databases.
    #show databases;
3. Use following command to select database from the list of database.
    #use databasename;
4. There is need to give permission to user. Use following command to give permission to user.
    #GRANT ALL PRIVILEGES ON *.* TO mytestpr_doc@'xxx.xxx.xx.xxx' IDENTIFIED BY 'NspdbGr0' WITH GRANT OPTION;

   "mytestpr_doc" is a user name.
   Replace xxx.xxx.xx.xxx with your ip address.
   Replace "NspdbGr0" with your own password.
5. Use following command to reload permissions.
   #FLUSH PRIVILEGES;
6. Use following command to logout by root user.
    #exit;
7. Now login by using user name which you have created above. For example "mytestpr_doc" in above example.
   # mysql -u mytestpr_doc
     Insert password which you have created for user "mytestpr_doc".

Hope that you are successfully logged in by user "mytestpr_doc". You can use above commands to use database and see tables in database.
